On a morning when…

On a morning when the air around your nostrils seem to have wandered away
And your heart is trembling for it fears the unknown

On a morning when rest paid little or no dues to the night before
And your thoughts fled from worry endlessly

On a dawn when all your hopes are lingering towards fate or oblivion
And your soul quakes for it dreads things yet to unfold

On a morning when all you crave desperately is fulfilment
But the likely-hood of failure obscures any clear glimpse of hope

Isn't it just a lot easier to say: Lord; into thy hands I commit this day?

  2. Poetry oo! It is indeed easier to say it to the Lord! May He continue to grant us rest, Amen! Well done Sanmi, more grace to ur joints. 🙂
